Congratulations on the occasion of one of the staff members of the Department of Medical instrumentation Engineering techniques receiving their Master’s degree

We congratulate and extend our heartfelt congratulations to Mrs. Rawiya Moazar Ismail for earning her Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology – Electrical Engineering Techniques from the College of Engineering Technology in Baghdad.

Her thesis, titled “Design and Implementation of Modified SEPIC Converter with Intelligent Controller for Photovoltaic Energy Generation,” was discussed and successfully defended.

The thesis presents a modified SEPIC converter suitable for solar energy systems and high-voltage applications. It also introduces a method for controlling the output voltage using a PSO optimization algorithm, which ensures the stability and consistency of the output voltage despite changes in load or input voltage, with experimental results supporting the effectiveness of this converter in practical applications.

The thesis was accepted with Excellence.
